Welcome to LacedUpChi (“LacedUpChi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LacedUpChi.com (the “Site”), including purchases, customer accounts, communications, and other services made available through the Site.

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

  • Payment authorization issues
  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect product information
  • Technical or system errors

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order will be fulfilled.

Products, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

We may limit quantities purchased by an individual customer, household, account, payment method, or shipping address when appropriate.

3. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, LacedUpChi does not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Size swaps
  • Store credit
  • Change-of-mind refunds
  • Order cancellations after an order has been placed

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product information, sizing, condition, photographs, pricing, and order details before completing a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Shopify advises merchants to ensure their consumer-facing policies comply with applicable consumer-protection requirements in the jurisdictions where they conduct business.

4. Product Verification

LacedUpChi uses reasonable, good-faith measures to evaluate products before they are offered for sale.

Depending on the product, our review process may include examination of:

  • Construction
  • Stitching
  • Labels and tags
  • Packaging
  • Production details
  • Product identifiers
  • Source information
  • Comparison with known retail examples
  • Other relevant product characteristics

When appropriate, LacedUpChi may also use independent or third-party verification services as part of the review process.

No verification method or third-party determination is guaranteed to be completely accurate or error-free.

Product evaluation may involve professional judgment, available reference information, manufacturing variations, changes in production methods, and evolving verification techniques. As a result, conclusions may occasionally differ between reviewers, services, or points in time.

Third-party verification results represent the determination or opinion of the applicable provider and do not constitute a manufacturer-issued guarantee unless expressly stated otherwise.

If credible concerns regarding a product arise after purchase, LacedUpChi may investigate the matter and may request:

  • Clear photographs
  • Product identifiers
  • Packaging
  • Supporting documentation
  • Independent evaluation information
  • Return of the item for physical inspection

LacedUpChi will determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances, available evidence, these Terms, and applicable law.

This provision does not permit knowingly misleading representations regarding the source, characteristics, approval, or certification of merchandise. Illinois law specifically addresses deceptive representations concerning those characteristics.

5. Product Condition & Information

LacedUpChi sells apparel, footwear, accessories, collectibles, limited-release merchandise, and other products that may be individually sourced.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe the products offered through the Site.

Product listings may include information concerning:

  • Size
  • Color
  • Condition
  • Packaging
  • Materials
  • Product identifiers
  • Manufacturing details
  • Included accessories
  • Other relevant characteristics

Customers should review the entire product listing before purchasing.

Minor variations in manufacturing, packaging, stitching, colors, materials, print placement, labeling, or other characteristics may occur.

Colors and product appearance may also vary because of:

6. Product Images

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately.

Third-party trademarks, photographs, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site.

Prices may change without notice.

A price displayed on the Site does not guarantee fulfillment where that price resulted from an obvious mistake, technical malfunction, synchronization issue, or other error.

Promotional offers may:

  • Be changed or withdrawn where permitted

Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot necessarily be combined.

8. Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, including an obviously incorrect amount or a price of $0.00 caused by an error, LacedUpChi reserves the right to refuse or cancel the affected order.

This applies even if:

  • Payment has been authorized
  • Payment has been captured
  • An automated confirmation email has been sent

Pricing discrepancies may result from:

  • Software issues
  • Shopify or application synchronization issues
  • Inventory-management errors
  • System malfunctions
  • Human error

If an order is canceled because of a pricing error after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Inventory Availability

Some products offered by LacedUpChi may be limited in quantity.

Inventory may also be offered through more than one sales channel.

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information, stock discrepancies may occasionally occur.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may cancel the affected item or order.

If payment has already been collected for an item we cannot fulfill, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

10. Payment

Payment options available at checkout may be processed by Shopify or other third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • The information provided is accurate
  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • You authorize the applicable transaction

LacedUpChi does not necessarily receive or directly store complete payment-card information.

Payment providers may have separate terms and privacy practices that apply to their services.

11. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to review orders for suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or other security concerns.

An order may be delayed or canceled if additional verification is reasonably required.

We may request information necessary to verify an order before shipment.

Providing false, misleading, stolen, or unauthorized payment information is prohibited.

12. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned because of:

  • An incorrect address
  • Incomplete address information
  • Refused delivery
  • Failed delivery attempts

13. Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages

Carrier tracking information is provided by the applicable delivery provider.

LacedUpChi cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.

Where tracking indicates that a package was delivered, customers should first check:

  • The delivery location
  • Mailrooms or reception areas
  • Household members
  • Building staff
  • Nearby neighbors where appropriate

Customers may also need to contact the applicable carrier to investigate a missing package.

Nothing in this section limits responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an item that is materially damaged in transit or different from the product you ordered, please contact LacedUpChi within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy.

We may request:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the item
  • Photographs of packaging
  • Shipping labels
  • Additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue

Customers should not return an item without receiving authorization from LacedUpChi.

Approved resolutions will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.

15. Customer Accounts

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate another individual
  • Intentionally provide false account information
  • Access another customer's account without authorization
  • Use an account for fraudulent or unlawful activity

We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in suspected fraud, abuse, security threats, or serious violations of these Terms.

LacedUpChi may provide services allowing customers to inquire about:

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that LacedUpChi will purchase, accept, evaluate, or consign an item.

Any quoted value or preliminary estimate may be subject to:

  • Physical inspection
  • Condition
  • Market demand
  • Product verification
  • Completeness
  • Current resale value
  • Other relevant considerations

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original content created for LacedUpChi, including certain:

  • Branding
  • Site copy
  • Graphics
  • Layouts
  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Logos
  • Design elements

is owned by or licensed to LacedUpChi.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from LacedUpChi-owned content without permission.

Third-party brand names, trademarks, logos, product names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

18. Third-Party Services

Our Site is powered by Shopify and may use third-party applications and services relating to:

If you send LacedUpChi reviews, photographs, messages, comments, suggestions, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.

You may not submit content that:

  • Is fraudulent or intentionally misleading
  • Is unlawful
  • Is abusive or threatening
  • Attempts to compromise the Site or other users

We may remove content submitted through areas of the Site we control when reasonably necessary.
